Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Buck's County CarConnect, operated by Fazio Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Listings and acceptable use

You are responsible for the content of any listing you create, including its accuracy and legality. You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading, stolen, or prohibited items, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms other users.

Our role in transactions

Buck's County CarConnect is a platform that connects local buyers, private sellers, and dealerships. We are not a party to any transaction between users, we do not take title to any vehicle, and we do not guarantee the condition, legality, or completion of any sale. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment when buying or selling.

Loan Advisor and financing facilitation

CarConnect may provide educational information and a directory of third-party finance companies, banks, credit unions, and loan officers (the “Loan Advisor” features). We act only as a facilitator: we help you find and contact licensed third parties. We do not lend money, broker loans for compensation, collect Social Security numbers, run credit checks, issue pre-approvals, or make credit decisions.

We take no fees and no compensation from companies listed in the Loan Advisor. Rankings, when shown, are based on publicly available information such as reviews and Better Business Bureau ratings and are provided for convenience only. Any loan, rate, or approval is solely between you and the third-party lender. Educational content and payment estimates are general information — not legal, tax, or financial advice. Always confirm details with the lender and a licensed professional before you sign or pay.

Payments and subscriptions

Private sellers may list one vehicle free with up to 30 photos and 1 video (hard cap — extra media is not sold). The only paid private-seller option is a featured listing boost at the published price. Dealer lot subscriptions are billed monthly per lot through Stripe: every plan requires payment of the first month up front to start, after which you receive 30 bonus days before recurring billing begins. Full-service return on-site photography is billed per visit ($199 for the first vehicle plus $100 for each additional). Dealer-supplied uploads are free up to the plan's vehicle cap. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. To cancel or request a refund, contact contact@buckscountycarconnect.com. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a service has been provided.

Full-service photography: within three business days of payment we contact your General Manager to schedule the shoot. You provide a lot porter — CarConnect does not drive or move dealership vehicles and is not liable for vehicle damage from photography visits (exact waiver language subject to attorney finalization).

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fazio Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from a transaction between users, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
